According to the primary research I conducted concerning the mental health of people before and after the lockdown, It then came to the conclusion that 53.9% of the people I questioned never felt down, depressed or hopeless before the lockdown and 33.3% of them never felt down, depressed or hopeless after the lockdown.

When I saw the wide range of people who had unstable mental health after the lockdown, I felt unhappy and sad then I began to think of what I can do to help, I then came to the conclusion of building an app that will help those who are dealing with unstable mental health. I only didn’t think of building an application I went ahead to conduct an online survey and face to face interview questioning people that would they join an APP that will help them with their mental health? 44.7% of them said YES to the question. 42,1% said MAYBE and 13.2% said NO. Looking at the percentage of people affirming to join an app that will help them, I saw this as a push to develop this app.

After doing the necessary research I then proceeded in developing this application that will help people who are feeling down, depressed, or hopeless. With the help of this application, people will be able to overcome every form of metal unbalance by
1. Talking to registered psychiatrists about how they feel, and the psychiatrist will help them feel better than they were.
2. Joining a social community that will help them with their depressed state.
3. Going out with a psychiatrist.
