User Interaction and Feedbacks

The user interaction procedure took off in four steps: research to design to build and lastly to test. This was done repeatedly. in other to make use of the agile methodology style, I conducted an online survey to establish the need of the users. The purpose of this survey is to allow me to understand the users, and the challenges the users are facing, instead of assuming and forming solutions to the problems the users are actually facing and I must be sure I am solving the right problem for the users.

After the survey was conducted (Result is shown below), I proceeded by conducting a face-to-face interview with some users just to make sure I meet the need of both the online and physical users. With the numerous interviews I conducted, I confirmed that a solution is required for the challenge and to ensure the users needs are met.

Below are a few user’s story
As a new user, I want to be able to create an account so that I can get help from a psychiatrists.

As a user, I want to be able to use either my google or my apple account to login so that I won’t go through the process of creating an account.

As an existing user when I gain access to the account, I want to be able to get the necessary help from the community I joined.

As a user, I want to go out and have fun with a carer who can help my mental health to get my head back in shape.

As a user, I want to be able to log out of my account when I finish using the app so that nobody can gain access to my account aside from me.
