In the last four years, the world has been through a lot, first, it was the covid 19 in 2019 and then the lockdown in 2020 and currently the war between Russia and Ukraine. This situation has affected the mental health of people in one way or the other, the situation has caused both the young and older people to feel depressed, down and anxious. This also causes the rate of students struggling with mental health to rise abnormally.
The challenges with students struggling with mental problems have been a concern for humanity, to the extent that people are looking for ways to get their life back together and be happy.
Taking note of all these things happening and because of my passion for people’s wellbeing, I reflected on when someone said to me “Health is wealth and wealth is happiness”, I had to bring up a solution to help students struggling with mental problems.
Here is the primary research evidence I made on the challenges of students struggling with mental problems followed by the secondary research I did and there’s no doubt that there is a need for a solution to be proffered.

If care is not taken the suicidal and depression rate of people on earth will keep increasing and that is why the world needs an app like ActnAct to help reduce the rate of people struggling with mental problems so the world can be safe for us all and we live happily.
